Essential oils are hitting the scene and becoming increasingly popular among families and medical professionals when it comes to kids.  If it seems like they are the new kid on the block, they have actually been around for millennia. With the increased awareness for natural solutions,  people are getting back to the basics and employing the power of  whole foods, healthy habits and this includes essential oils.

As a mother of 5, I am always on the look out for ways to ensure the health of my kids. Essential oils are my first line of defense. They are supremely EASY to use and work brilliantly! A child’s skin is thinner and more sensitive, thus it is recommended to dilute with a carrier oil when used topically. Pre-made roller bottles containing fractionated coconut oil and your essential oil of choice are a Mom’s best friend, as are diffusers.
